Where every engagement starts
Every piece of work we do starts here. We look at how your business runs and tell you where AI would change your costs, your capacity or your speed — and where it would make no difference. It is free, it takes about a week, and it ends in a document you keep whether or not you hire us.
Where the hours and money actually go in your business, based on how the work runs rather than how the procedure says it runs.
Each one with what it would change and what it is worth, in order, so you can work down it.
For each one: something you can buy, something worth building, or not worth doing. Including the ones not worth doing.
Rough costs and timescales for each recommendation, so you can weigh them against everything else you have to spend on.
About an hour. What the business does, what is frustrating, what you have already tried. Nothing to prepare.
At how the work flows and what your systems do. Where it is relevant, we also check what AI tools currently say about your business when someone asks — which is increasingly how buyers find firms like yours.
A document with the opportunities ranked, a recommendation for each, and rough costs. Written for your team to use, not as a sales deck.
We walk you through it and answer questions. If there is a case for working together we will make it. If there is not, we will say so, and the document is still yours.
Because it is the honest way to sell this work. Nobody can responsibly quote for an AI project before understanding the business, and this is how we avoid doing that.
It also sorts things out in both directions. If it turns out the numbers do not work for you yet, we would rather tell you than take a fee for something that will not pay for itself. That costs us a week and saves you a great deal more.
There is no obligation and no follow-up sequence. If you want to talk afterwards, you will get in touch.
Nothing, and there is no obligation afterwards. The written findings are yours to keep and act on with someone else if you prefer.
About a week from the first conversation to the written findings, depending on how much of the business we are looking at.
An hour to start, and access to the people who know how the work really runs. Sometimes we ask to see example documents. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement first.
Then that is what the document says, with the reasoning. It happens, and it is a real answer. Adopting AI where it does not pay costs more than leaving it alone.
It ends in a written document rather than a proposal. If there is a case for working together we will make it, but the audit stands on its own — which is the point of doing it this way.
Tell us a little about your business and we will set up the first conversation. Nothing to prepare.
